[Press release] Synvance strengthens its Management Consulting division

In anticipation of a rebound year in 2021, Synvance is strengthening its Management Consulting division by welcoming Claude Lebrun and Armand Chapelard to its staff.

Armand Chapelard joined Synvance in 2019 opening new accounts and to strengthen the group’s consulting capabilities as “Finance Transformation Director”. Armand is involved in the international development of Synvance Group, especially in Morocco with Amal Barrit, VP Africa. Prior to joining Synvance Group, Armand worked for over 20 years for major audit / M&A and consulting groups as well as in the finance departments of international companies.

Claude Lebrun joined the firm in November 2020 after more than 30 years of experience in financial management consulting. During his career, Claude has participated in the development of the “Consulting Finance” practices of PwC, Kurt Salmon, Deloitte, and most recently Accenture. With this experience, Claude will bring his strategic vision to strengthen the synergies with the solutions practices.

The arrival of Claude and Armand aims to bring together the “Finance Consulting” resources (agnostic in terms of tools) within the Management Consulting division in order to offer strategic approaches to framing, defining organizations and operational models, piloting transformation programs and providing support upstream of the choice of solutions. Their constant objective will be to work and contribute across the board to the Group’s projects.

“CFOs are daily confronted with the reality of the digital transformation of their activities, both through the pressure on their intrinsic performance and on the attractiveness of their traditional jobs. As a result, they are looking for experienced consultants capable of delivering innovative and operational recommendations from strategy to implementation. The Synvance group, which combines both business and technological expertise, is for me a formidable platform to meet these challenges and an unparalleled opportunity for consultants convinced by this approach,” explains Claude Lebrun.

“With all the skills gathered within Synvance, we are in the best position to help our General Management and Finance clients to get the most value from the transformation of their business model and digitalization” adds Armand Chapelard.

This reinforcement is accompanied by a significant recruitment program aimed at positioning Synvance as one of the main interlocutors of the general and financial management of large French groups.

Armand and Claude will join the management of the Management Consulting division, which has been co-managed until now by Pascale Ascione and Damien Chapelet.
